Always seek immediate medical attention. Be sure to tell your doctor about your accident in detail and describe all of your symptoms.
Don't give a statement to the at-fault driver's insurance adjuster. Remember, his adjuster is not on your side.
You should take photos of the accident scene, of your property damage and of your injuries and preserve any evidence of the wreck.
